Summer Camps for Children with Developmental Disabilities
TUESDAY FEB 8 at 7PM (VIA ZOOM ONLY)
Summer is fast approaching, making it the perfect time to explore fun and educational programs for your child or loved one with developmental disabilities. We will provide information on a variety of summer camps and programs, including both day and sleepaway options, available locally and out of town. Additionally, a panel discussion featuring individuals who have attended these summer camps or serve as administrators will be presented.
Discover sleepaway camps such as Camp Dream, Camp Big Heart, Camp Hawkins, Camp Glisson, Camp Sparrowwood, ARTS of Love Recreational Therapy, and many more. We will also share details about local day camps tailored for children with developmental disabilities. Information about scholarships available at some camps, how to apply for funding, and the eligibility requirements will also be provided.
